Coaching – Process


The implementation phase is characterized by the development and implementation of „ways“, or strategies, to achieve the defined goal and their implementation.
This process is carried by exploring conversations, loops of reflection and evaluation of experiences from previous implementation activities.

Whilst using supporting and challenging approaches, the coach provides a process that allows the coachee to work on different perspectives and options- and to put them into action.
