Process

To ensure target and customer orientated training performance, we follow 5 phases in our training process

  1. On- site clarification of your needs and ideas for the training intervention
  2. Conceptualization and presentation of a stand- alone or multi module training solution (curricula) and, if necessary, working in adjustments
  3. Approval of the content and process
  4. Implementation
  5. Ongoing feedback loops and evaluation

Training volume and intensity depends on the topic, level of participant’s expertise and the desired outcome of the training project.

Training activities can be set as singular measures, trainings of 2-5 days and multi- module curricula following a systematic path of development.
